Sure the protein aka the turkey is a big part of any meal but the side dishes are the stars, THEY are what make a meal shine! Needless to say the food was absolutely amazing! Chef Steph did an incredible job of infusing tons of flavor into each dish. But I think the thing I was most astounded by were the side dishes! I thought roasting the broccoli would give it a nice smokey flavor and enhance the natural flavors of the broccoli.
